International Data Transfers
Vidara LLC is based in the United States. When we transfer personal data from the EU/EEA to the US, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- Adequate data protection measures and encryption
- Regular security audits and assessments
- Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with our subprocessors
